Before browsing the Internet looking for icons, take a look at your own PC. It is highly likely that you have very appropriate images somewhere, in a folder, or hidden in a file, and you don´t realize.

Icon Snatcher is a free utility that will help you extract icon files from any runnable (.exe), library (.dll), or any other typ of file that could contain an icon. Each icon can be saved in BMP, ICO or GIF formats, or copied to the clipboard to be pasted directly into your icon editor. Icon Snatcher lets you select the colour of the background icon, to keep the bitmaps and GIFs transparent.
